Tracking
We’ve developed an online tracking system to give you the peace of mind of knowing where your shipment is. This tracking system is called GlobalCom and you can get real-time information about your shipments any time day or night. GlobalCom provides updates on estimated arrival dates and allows you to add notes or change your contact information.
Customs Clearance
Righter Logistics works closely with customs offices all over the world and we help you make sure all your documentation is in order before your move. We’ll also assist you with any additional paperwork in your destination country.
Delivery to Your Destination
Once the customs clearance formalities have been completed, your Righter Logistics Import Coordinator can help ensure prompt delivery of your possessions to your new home. Our crew in the destination country will help with all the unloading and unpacking. We’ll ensure all of your belongings are accounted for by checking off all the items in against the Packing Inventory.
Storage Requirements
In many of the moves we facilitate, especially bulky items or low-priority effects that simply don’t fit in the new home are placed in storage facilities. Righter Logistics can arrange for these items to be kept in large, secure wooden storage vaults. These storage facilities are kept meticulously clean and dry, and we also offer a climate-control option for materials with sensitive storage needs.
